Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time, but cannot guarantee availability.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Access

You agree to provide our technicians with safe and reasonable access to the appliance requiring service.

Pricing and Payment

Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic fee may apply for service calls. This fee is typically waived if you proceed with the recommended repair.

Warranties

Labor Warranty

We warrant our labor for a period of 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover:

Parts Warranty
